We stayed for five nights early in the new year and were very satisfied with our stay at the Eurostars Plaza Mayor. We found it to be well-situated, well-priced, and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was very good. The staff are very courteous and helpful, always offering a friendly greeting and ready at all times to assist with anything you may need. All in all we were satisfied with our stay at the Eurostars Plaza Mayor and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation and excellent service at a good price in a good location. If we ever return to Madrid we would certainly consider staying here again.

We stayed for 4 nights at Eurostars Plaza Mayor, and enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, with nice touches like cleaners pressing lift for you if see approaching and reception always saying hello when walking past. The rooms are big and clean, with the King Size beds being extremely spacious and comfy. The one thing that could be improved is the WIFI that barely works in reception, and not at all in rooms. For a 4 star hotel, I would expect the wifi to reach the rooms and be of better quality. Overall, the hotel is good, with clean rooms and in an excellent location. I would return again.

After staying in a wonderfully quiet, well-run, sophisticated nearby 4-star hotel for 3 nights, we unfortunately could not get a room there for our last night so booked this hotel at a ridiculously elevated rate of €350 per night (more than €100 more expensive than our previous hotel). What a mistake! There was a nightclub that played loud music from the afternoon to late into the night right by the hotel. Even with the windows closed, you could hear the constant thudding bass. Unfortunately, you had to open the windows, which made it even worse, as the air conditioning didn't bring the temperature in the room down to lower than 22.5 degrees! The staff were reluctant to help with anything. When we asked them for some extra pillows, they immediately said they couldn't help. Eventually, after requesting this from them several times, they found additional pillows, very begrudgingly. The noise, though, is the worst part. I would never stay here again, even at €100 per night, never mind this ridiculous price! Shocking place!! They have a cheek calling this more than a 2-star hotel!

Very bad service, Staff are not polite. very disappointed. need to improve alot specifically when it come to deal with different cultures. I will never go back there. better to not wast your money and your time by going to this hotel. they need to know how to treat thier customers

Great facility centrally located between Plaza Mayor and Plaza Puerta del Sol. Lost of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Recommend to everyone looking for a good place to stay in Madrid. I would recommend to friends and family. Great and will stay again on my next visit.
